Just days after MyPillow CEO Mike Lindell pulled his ads from the network over their refusal to run a commercial promoting an event linked to his repeated claims of voter fraud, the company is now facing a lawsuit from an employee who alleges that he was sexually harassed and witnessed racial and sexual discrimination at the media giant.

On Monday, 27-year-old John Fawcett sued the cable network, claiming that he faced racist and sexist remarks by host Larry Kudlow, sexual harassment by analyst Andrew Napolitano, and a myriad other allegations in what Mediaite described as “error-riddled.”

The lawsuit was filed by Ty Clevenger, a Texas-based attorney who’s made a name for himself in recent years suing other lawyers, judges, and political figures. Clevenger is also representing former Fox News anchor Ed Henry, who’s suing Fox News, CNN, National Public Radio, and media personalities.

According to the complaint, Fawcett first started working for Lou Dobbs as a production assistant. When Dobbs’ show was canceled and taken over by Larry Kudlow, Kudlow “inherited the production team of Mr. Dobbs,” which included Fawcett.

Fawcett alleges that Kudlow “has used ethnic slurs and made sexually inappropriate comments about women in front of multiple staff members, including [Fawcett].”

He also alleges that Kudlow made racist statements about Rep. Byron Donalds (R-FL), whom he alleges Kudlow did not want to have on his show, as well as Rep. Maria Salazar (R-FL).

The gossipy complaint alleges further that Kudlow said he wanted to have a sexual “three-way” with Fox News’ Sandra Smith and allegedly said he enjoyed seeing Fox Business reporter Susan Li while he made sex noises.

Ahead of a scheduled interview with Rep. Salazar, Fawcett allegedly asked, “Why don’t we just let the Mexicans in,” because the U.S. needed more “jalapeño pickers.”

The lawsuit goes on to claim that Fox News senior judicial analyst Andrew Napolitano sexually harassed him and other young men at the network and that Fox News refused to investigate the lurid claims.

The lawsuit describes Napolitano as a “gay male program host” and alleges that Napolitano has a history of abusing young men.

Beyond Fawcett’s allegations against Napolitano and Kudlow, Fawcett alleges that Fox News CEO Suzanne Scott protects her male colleagues and allows them to sexually harass others.

Mediaite details the lawsuit and its host of claims, as well as its errors:

Clevenger’s legal pleading is dotted with other gossipy accusations, including affairs between other Fox employees, allegations that newly-hired female executives were discriminating against male employees and Clevenger’s snarky suggestions for new mottos for Fox News and The Daily Beast (see, e.g., footnote 4, page 8 of the Complaint).

The complaint mistakenly refers to “Fox Business Channel” instead of “Fox Business Network,” and misspells Dobbs’ name as “Loud Dobbs.”

Fox News Media told the outlet that the company will  “defend the matter vigorously in court,” describing the allegations as “completely baseless” and “nothing more than a desperate attempt at a payday.”

Fox News stated:

Upon first learning of John Fawcett’s allegations against Judge Andrew Napolitano, FOX News Media immediately investigated the claims and addressed the matter with both parties.

The network and Judge Napolitano have since parted ways. We take all allegations of misconduct seriously, are committed to providing a safe, transparent, and collaborative work place environment for all our employees, and took immediate, appropriate action. Furthermore, the additional allegations laid out in this claim are completely baseless and nothing more than a desperate attempt at a payday by trying the case in the court of public opinion as the complaint does not meet the standards of the law.

We will defend the matter vigorously in court.
